Data We Gather
2.1 Identity & Contact Details
In order to confirm your identity and establish your account, we collect information such as your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and details from your government-issued ID. All data is transmitted via encrypted connections and stored securely at:
server.rupeelelo.com
This information is used exclusively for identity verification, account setup, and meeting regulatory obligations. It is never sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial gain.
2.2 Device & Technical Information
The App gathers technical data from your device automatically, including the device model, manufacturer name, operating system version, IP address, and Google Advertising ID. This information is used exclusively to ensure the App runs smoothly and to safeguard platform integrity — it plays no role in advertising or credit assessments.
2.3 Installed App Metadata
To support security validation, the App may gather limited metadata — including package identifiers and installation timestamps — from other applications installed on your device. This does not extend to the contents, login credentials, or usage activity of those apps. The sole purpose of this metadata is to identify potentially compromised device environments; it has no bearing on credit-related decisions.
2.4 Camera Access
When uploading identity documents, the App may request permission to access your camera. All captured images are encrypted prior to being sent to server.rupeelelo.com and are permanently removed once the verification process is completed. The camera is never used in the background, and no images are stored beyond the point of verification.
2.5 Approximate Location
Subject to your consent, the App may gather general location information (approximate, not precise) to confirm whether our services are available in your region. We do not track exact GPS coordinates, and location data is never used for advertising, user profiling, or credit assessments.
2.6 Usage & Diagnostic Data
We gather anonymized interaction data — including pages viewed, session duration, and error reports — to enhance App performance and the overall user experience. All such data is fully anonymized and carries no influence over credit decisions or your account status.
